Refund and Cancellation Policy

Tickets and photo ops for Joystick Gaming and Collectibles' event, Smoky Mountain Fan Fest, are non-refundable. If a celebrity cancels and a photo op is purchased, your photo op may be transferred to another celebrity of equal value or refunded. Tickets are also non-resellable and non-transferable. If event is postponed, tickets may be transferred to a future show.
